Following an early career in wine industry compliance, Trish transitioned into public sector administration with the County of Sonoma. There, she served as the top administrative official for departments of 60-130 employees, where she performed and oversaw all aspects of human resources management.
Across her management roles spanning over 14 years, Trish handled the full range of internal HR functions, including recruitment, leave management, reasonable accommodations, employee grievance resolution, and payroll oversight.
Today, Trish applies her extensive background as an HR consultant, serving both public sector entities and private companies. Her areas of expertise include policy development, classification and job descriptions, training and development, compensation strategies, recruitment and onboarding, and leave management. A dedicated former public servant, Trish utilizes her skills in data analysis and research to benefit local organizations. Furthermore, she brings personal expertise regarding neurodiversity, enhancing understanding and support for diverse workforce needs.
Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sonoma State University and has completed the Sonoma County Executive Management Certificate program.
